1. The product must be installed with the computer turned off.
2. Installation with the computer turned on will cause damage to the motherboard. Please be sure to install it with the computer turned off.
3. The built-in capture card requires a driver to be used.
4. The SDI interface is very similar to the AHD interface, so please be sure to confirm the interface in advance.

Q3: Why does the computer only recognize one capture card when multiple capture cards are installed?
To use multiple cards in one machine, you need to turn the dial on each capture card to set it to the corresponding 2-card, 3-card, or 4-card mode. Please check whether the dial code is adjusted correctly.
