If the hard disk connected to the product is a new hard disk that has not been formatted or the drive character has not been assigned, run format in My Computer->Management->Disk Management.
Confirm whether the USB cable is connected correctly.
If you only use it to transfer data without using RAID mode, you can usually use it without connecting to the power supply. But if the connection is unstable, you need to use the power supply to recharge.
